Not to pile on but the second dialog balloon in the second panel is pointing to the wrong character. I think it is anyway…. otherwise, I’m confused.

Actually, the irony of a dog wearing a health-inspector mandated head-only hairnet would be hilarious. But if I understand it correctly, Banks is a server, not a cook. Servers aren’t required to wear hairnets.
